Customer Loyalty Strategy

Challenge

Samsung Electronics is word wide one of the biggest in Consumer Electronics. Customer retention and brand proposition are the most important parts of the company strategy. Samsung wanted a loyalty strategy to increase the customer engagement  and value which was in line with the vision and brand proposition.

Approach

We provided support on customer research and data analysis in this project. We also had a number of workshops and interviewed various stakeholders. Based on this input, we have formulated the most important and relevant customer insights and designed a loyalty strategy, all in line with current vision and marketing strategy.

Accomplished

The team developed a disruptive and innovative loyalty strategy and concept to help form a vision of the future of loyalty and the possibilities for loyalty and improving the customer experience and value.
