Samsung Electronics is worldwide one of the biggest companies in Consumer Electronics. Customer retention and brand propositioning are the most important parts of the company strategy. Samsung wanted a loyalty strategy to increase customer engagement and customer value which was in line with the vision and brand proposition of Samsung Electronics.
We provided support on customer research and data analysis in this project. We also organized a number of workshops and interviewed various stakeholders. Based on this input, we have formulated the most important and relevant customer insights and designed a loyalty strategy, all in line with current vision and marketing strategy.
The team developed a disruptive and innovative loyalty strategy and concept to help form a vision of the future of loyalty and the possibilities for a loyalty program, which improves customer experience and value.
