Rituals is an international luxury Home and Body cosmetics brand and retailer. To reach the next step in customer engagement and data driven marketing, Rituals wanted to subtract relevant actionable customer insights from its customer data for a loyalty strategy and concept.
We provided assistance in collecting and analyzing transactional data to get to a better understanding of the customer and some ways of customer segmentation. We also organized brainstorming workshops with Rituals and used these customer insights as input for a loyalty strategy and a loyalty concept.
Together with the Loyalty Manager we have created a loyalty strategy and program objectives, a business case and a roadmap for the long term as well as a number of concept directions. This enabled Rituals to further develop the loyalty program and an implementation plan.
